Here at Creekside, we want to be All-In, and that's why we call our serve ministry All-In. We want to help you discover your unique gifts and help you get plugged in.

Would you like to understand yourself better so that you can find your sweet spot for serving? The SHAPE* assessment below is a helpful tool to help you find clarity about your own God-given hardwiring for service. The results will be emailed to you alone, but you may choose to share them with our Volunteer Coordinator so she can help you find just the right place to volunteer at Creekside.

*SHAPE is an acronym: Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality, Experiences, introduced by Rick Warren in The 40 Days of Purpose.

We also provide a questionnaire specifically focusing on Spiritual Gifts only:

Online SPIRITUAL GIFTS Discovery

You may find the results of each assessment vary slightly. This might be because of the variations in wording of the tests or because you have been gifted in multiple ways or because you might need to continue volunteering in different ministries to know where your true gifts lie.

These online assessments are NOT required to volunteer nor do they limit the areas where you can volunteer. If you're passionate about helping in a specific area, go for it!

If you don't already know what your Spiritual Gifts are, you can complete our Spiritual Gifts Discovery assessment and tell us the results here.

Do you feel a burning desire to change the world in a specific way? That's your heart/passion!

Do you have natural skills? Learned skills? Physical skills? A truck and driver's license? Think outside the box about how you might be able to use your abilities to serve.

Introverted or Extroverted? People-oriented or task-oriented? A leader or a follower? Prefer to be up front or behind the scenes? If you've taken any personality tests in the past, you are welcome to share it here.

We are shaped by both positive and negative experiences. You might be able to help others by sharing how God has worked in your life.

If you already have an idea about where you would like to serve at Creekside, or if you just want to explore your possibilities,
please contact me. I look forward to helping you find your ideal place to serve.
