Shining Stars is a state licensed Christian Preschool-Kindergarten open Monday – Friday in the Sacramento area city of Elk Grove.

For over 20 years, we have existed to love and minister to preschool families in our community, laying a solid educational foundation for their preschool thru kindergarten children.

Admission Policy

Shining Stars Preschool will admit children of any race, national or ethnic origin, and any religion, to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities made available to children at this school. We will not discriminate on the basis of race, national or ethnic origin, or religion in the administration of our education policies or programs.

Children who are three years of age by January 1, 2023 may begin the school year on August 8, 2022. Children who will be three after January 1, 2023 may begin school on their third birthday.

Tuition and Fees

The non refundable enrollment fee of $225.00 per family is due at the time of enrollment. The fee is due each school year. The current academic year begins August 8, 2022 and ends May 19, 2023.

Tuition is averaged into ten equal monthly payments. Payments are made August through May and due the first of each month. The first tuition payment for August is due on or before August 1, 2022 and can be mailed into the school office. For Kindergarten the first payment is due June 1, 2022 to secure your placement.
