Shining Stars is a state licensed Christian Preschool-Kindergarten open Monday – Friday in the Sacramento area city of Elk Grove.

For over 20 years, we have existed to love and minister to preschool families in our community, laying a solid educational foundation for their preschool thru kindergarten children.
