Creekside University offers four summer courses to help you take the next step in your walk with Jesus.

Church History: Luther to Today

Date:

Tuesdays, June 15 - July 27

Time:

6:30p - 8:30p

Location:

Hybrid; onsite at Creekside or online

Instructor:

Dr. David Nystrom, Professor in New Testament and Spiritual Formation, Western Seminary

Can learning the history of the church contribute to the present? This 7 week course will help you seek the lessons from history and how it relates to our lives, ministries, and doctrines.

For those looking for a deeper intellectual experience, consider taking this as a Western Seminary audit course beginning Monday, May 10, which adds an extra discussion session in parallel with graduate seminary students.

$50 per person or $80 per household

Exploring God's Design for Sexuality

Date:

Tuesdays, June 15 - July 27

Onsite at Creekside

Instructor:

Dr. Bev Wiens, Professor and Director of Counseling at Western Seminary

Has human sexuality and what God says about it been something you wanted to explore? Learn about this challenging topic from an expert Christian counselor who will point to God's design of sexuality and sexual expression.

Please note that divergent expressions of sexual identity and practices will be discussed.

How to Defend Your Faith

Have you always wanted to talk with others about your faith but felt unprepared? Let an expert in the field of apologetics lead you in understanding and sharing the truth to your circle of influence.

Parenting with Love & Logic

Date:

Tuesdays, June 15 - July 27 (taking a break on June 29 for VBS)

6:30p - 8:30p

Location:

Onsite at Creekside

Instructor:

Dawn Lewis, Counselor at Community Counseling Center

Is there a manual on how to raise children well? Probably not, but these sessions are designed to help parents equip kids with character, compassion, problem-solving skills, and more.

$50 per couple

KidsCare during Creekside U

Date:

Tuesdays, June 15 - July 27 (No KidsCare June 29 due to VBS)

Time:

6:30p - 8:30p

Location:

Onsite at Creekside

For parents who are attending on-campus Creekside University courses, we are happy to provide KidsCare programming for infants through 6th grade.

$20 per child
