Yes, Career Coaches meet with High School students to discuss the pros and cons of specific career fields. Our coaches will give them relevant and unbiased feedback to help them make informed decisions on how a career field will be rewarding and challenging.

Career Coaches model a kingdom mindset toward their professions. Each person brings the kingdom of God into their career field so that everyone around them will benefit from God's grace, mercy, justice, and wisdom and the fruit of the Holy Spirit.

Career Coaches meet with their professional client for four ninety-minute sessions. Sessions are typically 2-3 weeks apart. Clients will complete assessments, journaling, career mapping, or goal application between each session.

The DISC Assessment (free) and Clifton Strength Finder cost is 24.99. These assessments are reviewed in a group setting before meeting with your career coach.

Outside of the Assessment tools costs:

Group session for Clifton Strength is $50

Career Coaching for high school/college students no fee - this is a one-time meeting.

Career Coaching for professionals is $65 and is refundable when you complete the four sessions.
