Career Coaching - Coming Soon
Careers are transformational environments that God uses to shape us spiritually and professionally.
Creekside Christian Church is home to many Christ-centered professionals who glorify God in their careers. Career Coaching pairs you with an experienced professional who has navigated the challenges and rewards of their field, whether you are a young adult exploring career paths or a seasoned professional looking to grow, recalibrate, or overcome obstacles in your current role.
Career Coaches share their experiences and expertise on the skill sets, temperaments, and education needed to advance and thrive. Through a gospel-centered, "life on life" mentoring approach, coaches walk alongside you to help you align your personal, spiritual, and professional goals.

Can my high school or college student meet with a Career Coach?
Yes! Career Coaches meet with high school and college students to discuss the benefits, requirements, and skill sets needed to thrive in specific career fields. Our coaches provide experienced, faith-informed feedback to help students make well-informed decisions about how a career path will be both rewarding and challenging.
What is Career Coaching?
Career Coaching is a "life on life" ministry built around the belief that your career is one of the primary environments God uses to develop you spiritually and relationally. Coaches model a kingdom mindset toward their professions, helping you experience God's grace, mercy, justice, and wisdom in your work life.
Through a three-stage framework - Invite, Invest, and Release - coaches guide you from exploring your spiritual connection to your career, through personal development using assessments and practical tools, to becoming a catalyst for positive change in your workplace.
How long is a coaching session?
Career Coaches meet with each client for four ninety-minute sessions, typically spaced two to three weeks apart. Between sessions, clients complete assessments, journaling, career mapping, or goal application exercises to prepare for the next meeting.

Additional tools used throughout coaching include conflict resolution exercises, spiritual gift assessments, and guided journaling.
What is the cost of Career Coaching?
In addition to assessment costs:
- CliftonStrengths Group Session: $50
- High school and college students: Free (one-time exploratory meeting)
- Professionals: $65 deposit, fully refunded upon completing all four sessions
