Harvest Festival Raffle

You must be 18 years old to enter. You must provide your name, email address, and phone number to enter. Individuals are limited to one entry. The prize for winning 1 of 3 single $100 gift card to a local restaurant. The raffle will end at 8:30 PM PST on October 31st, 2024. The winner will be chosen in a random drawing and will be notified by phone and email by 5:00 PM PST on November 1st, 2024. By entering raffle, you agree to receive and be enrolled in promotional emails from Creekside Christian Church. You may opt out at any time. Upon receiving any prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Creekside Christian Church from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of the use or misuse of any prize. By entering this raffle, the winner consents to Creekside Christian Church's use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, and/or opinion for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration. The winner's name will be announced publicly. Creekside Christian Church reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify any part of the raffle. Creekside Christian Church reserves the right to disqualify any individual to be found tampering with the entry process or operation of the raffle.
