I am an MFT trainee, currently finishing my Master’s in Counseling at Jessup University. In 2002, I graduated from Cal Poly, SLO with a B.S. in Child Development and a minor in Psychology. I started my career as a junior high teacher before becoming a stay-at-home mom.

My background includes over 25 years of experience as an educator, youth and young adult leader, mentor, wife, and mom. I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s social, emotional, spiritual, and relational challenges. I strive to create a safe, empathetic, and intentional space where every client feels seen, heard, and valued.

I enjoy working with people across all ages and stages of life, including both individuals and couples. My clinical methodology is holistic and eclectic, incorporating creative and practical strategies to help clients better understand themselves, build healthy coping skills, and move toward more fulfilling lives.

As a Christian therapist, I welcome the opportunity to incorporate prayer, Scripture, and biblical principles for clients who choose to incorporate faith into their counseling journey. My goal is to walk alongside each client with compassion and encouragement, creating space for growth, healing, and meaningful change.
