What Career Coaching Means to Me-

Career coaching to me means helping individuals recognize their God-given strengths, discover their purpose, and confidently navigate their professional journey. I believe meaningful careers are built through aligning passion, skills, values, and purpose to create a fulfilling career path.

Specialty & Professional Experience-

I received a Baccalaureate Degree of Science in Nursing in 2000 and Master of Business Administration Degree in 2010.

With over 25 years in behavioral healthcare field including 23 years in nursing leadership and executive roles, I have extensive experience in healthcare operations, team development, strategic initiatives, regulatory compliance, and organizational transformation. Throughout my career, I have coached individuals in areas of communication, goal setting, conflict management, interviewing and presentation skills, to name a few. As a retired Chief Nurse Executive, my next chapter is to serve others by utilizing and sharing my experience to help individuals grow and achieve their goals. I enjoy mentoring and coaching healthcare professionals, emerging leaders, and individuals navigating career growth, leadership development, and professional transitions.

My career journey has included seasons of growth, challenges, and transformation that have shaped my passion for developing others. My faith has been a foundation throughout my personal and professional journey, reminding me that leadership is about serving others, using our gifts with purpose, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we influence.
