I am currently an MFT trainee, finishing my master’s in counseling at William Jessup University in 2027. I graduated with my B.A. In Psychology in 2023, where I pursued a Master’s of Science degree in General Psychology at Capella University, graduating in 2025. I am excited to pursue knowledge in the Psychology field and enjoy researching.

I have spent much of my time working as a substitute teacher for the Elk Grove Unified School District, as well as coach for swimming and water polo at Franklin High School. I have volunteered as a youth leader for a short while throughout my life. Throughout these experiences and the path that God has made for me, he has given me the passion to work with individuals who are in pain, suffering and deal with isolation.

I work with all ages and stages of life, believing that it is never too late or too early to seek professional advice. As a Christian therapist, I love incorporating God’s word, utilizing prayer into daily life and focusing on our development and relationship with Christ.

My goals are to help be that lending ear and professional therapist for those in need, making all of my clients feel heard and understood. Furthermore, I want my clients to always feel like they can express themselves in a safe environment and that they can take what they learn in sessions, using them at home and everyday life.
