Ron is a native Californian who grew up in the Bay Area. He moved to Montana to attend college where he married his high school sweetheart, Barbara and is now celebrating 46 years of marriage. They have two adult children and four grandchildren. Ron has extensive experience in helping couples prepare for marriage, enriching marriage, and reconciling crisis marriages. One of his passions is to support stepfamilies and single parents.  He served as a Marriage and Family Life Pastor for twenty-five years and loved his time supporting men through his appointment as Alaska State Manager for Promise Keepers.

Education: MDiv The Kings Seminary, DMin, Asbury Theological Seminary.

Ron developed the Life In Motion Relationship Inventory that measures friendship and shared values in dating, engaged, married and parenting relationships. The assessment is a valid and reliable instruments that is available upon request.

Ron enjoys the outdoors, traveling, writing, and connecting with people.   He has two favorite Scripture verses:
Psalms 90:12 – “Teach us to number our days so we can gain a heart of wisdom.”
2 Corinthians 5:18 –” Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation.”
