What is Awana?
Awana is an acronym for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed. This phrase is taken from 2 Timothy 2:15 - Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. (KJV)
This year, our Awana program is going digital! Cubbies and Sparks will connect weekly with phone calls with their Small Group Shepherds, T&T will engage in weekly video small groups, and Trek and Journey will meet for video lessons and small groups on Sundays.
If your family is interested in working through the Awana curriculum without being connected to a small group or Small Group Shepherd, please email shelby@creeksideeg.com
Cubbies (ages 3-4) is built on two premises:
Young children can and should receive spiritual training.
Home is the primary place for spiritual training.
Our Cubbies club meets these needs through lots of fun! Parents will work with their child through an interactive handbook with stories, lessons, and memory verses. Each week, they will get to watch a corresponding video lesson, do crafts and coloring pages, and connect with a Small Group Shepherd who will guide them through the year.
Grand Prix Event
Happening live on March 13th!
The Grand Prix is a Pinewood Derby style event fun for the whole family! Purchase a car kit, add paint and decorations,
and watch it race head-to-head against your friends, family, and leaders.
